{"id":2357,"date":"2024-04-03T09:08:50","date_gmt":"2024-04-03T09:08:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.profesiadays.sk\/?page_id=2357"},"modified":"2026-04-07T07:17:17","modified_gmt":"2026-04-07T07:17:17","slug":"podmienky-sutaze-statut","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.profesiadays.sk\/en\/podmienky-sutaze-statut\/","title":{"rendered":"Podmienky s\u00fa\u0165a\u017ee &#8211; \u0161tat\u00fat"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Tieto podmienky obsahuj\u00fa pravidl\u00e1 konania s\u00fa\u0165a\u017ee vyhl\u00e1senej pod n\u00e1zvom \u201eProfesia days 2026<strong>\u201c<\/strong> (\u201e<strong>S\u00fa\u0165a\u017e<\/strong>\u201c) a s\u00fa jedin\u00fdm dokumentom, ktor\u00fd z\u00e1v\u00e4zne upravuje podmienky S\u00fa\u0165a\u017ee (\u201e<strong>\u0160tat\u00fat<\/strong>\u201c).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol style=\"list-style-type:upper-roman\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Organiz\u00e1tor S\u00fa\u0165a\u017ee<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Organiz\u00e1torom S\u00fa\u0165a\u017ee je Alma Career Slovakia s. r. o., so s\u00eddlom Pribinova 19, 811 09 Bratislava, I\u010cO: 358 008 61 (\u201e<strong>Organiz\u00e1tor<\/strong>\u201c).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Trvanie S\u00fa\u0165a\u017ee<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Z\u00e1ujemcovia maj\u00fa mo\u017enos\u0165 zapoji\u0165 sa do S\u00fa\u0165a\u017ee v&nbsp;obdob\u00ed od 16.03.2026 do 23.04.2026 (\u201e<strong>doba konania S\u00fa\u0165a\u017ee<\/strong>\u201c).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Osoby opr\u00e1vnen\u00e9 z\u00fa\u010dastni\u0165 sa S\u00fa\u0165a\u017ee<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>S\u00fa\u0165a\u017ee sa m\u00f4\u017ee z\u00fa\u010dastni\u0165 ka\u017ed\u00e1 fyzick\u00e1 osoba, ktor\u00e1 dov\u0155\u0161ila 15 (p\u00e4tn\u00e1s\u0165) rokov veku, s&nbsp;doru\u010dovacou adresou (nie trval\u00fdm \u010di prechodn\u00fdm pobytom) na \u00fazem\u00ed Slovenskej republiky (\u201e<strong>S\u00fa\u0165a\u017eiaci<\/strong>\u201c).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Zo S\u00fa\u0165a\u017ee s\u00fa vyl\u00fa\u010den\u00ed zamestnanci Organiz\u00e1tora S\u00fa\u0165a\u017ee. Vyl\u00fa\u010denie sa vz\u0165ahuje aj na im bl\u00edzke osoby v zmysle ustanoven\u00ed z\u00e1kona \u010d. 40\/1964 Zb. Ob\u010diansky z\u00e1konn\u00edk, v&nbsp;platnom znen\u00ed (\u201e<strong>ob\u010diansky z\u00e1konn\u00edk<\/strong>\u201c). Ak sa do S\u00fa\u0165a\u017ee napriek vy\u0161\u0161ie uveden\u00e9mu z\u00e1kazu zapoj\u00ed zamestnanec Organiz\u00e1tora S\u00fa\u0165a\u017ee alebo jemu bl\u00edzka osoba v zmysle pr\u00edslu\u0161n\u00fdch ustanoven\u00ed ob\u010dianskeho z\u00e1konn\u00edka, pova\u017euje sa ich \u00fa\u010das\u0165 a ak\u00e1ko\u013evek pr\u00edpadn\u00e1 V\u00fdhra v S\u00fa\u0165a\u017ei za neopr\u00e1vnen\u00fa. Neopr\u00e1vnen\u00fd V\u00fdherca je povinn\u00fd predmet bezd\u00f4vodn\u00e9ho obohatenia bezodkladne vyda\u0165 Organiz\u00e1torovi.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ak sa preuk\u00e1\u017ee, \u017ee osoba pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00faca benefity z tejto S\u00fa\u0165a\u017ee je osobou pod\u013ea \u010dl\u00e1nku III. ods. 2 \u0160tat\u00fatu, alebo sa zist\u00ed, \u017ee do S\u00fa\u0165a\u017ee nebola zaraden\u00e1 v s\u00falade s podmienkami \u00fa\u010dasti, n\u00e1rok tejto osoby na V\u00fdhru zanik\u00e1 a V\u00fdhra bude odovzdan\u00e1 osobe, ktor\u00e1 bola vy\u017erebovan\u00e1 ako \u010fal\u0161ia v&nbsp;porad\u00ed, pr\u00edp. Ktor\u00e1 bola vylosovan\u00e1 dodato\u010dne.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u00da\u010das\u0165 v&nbsp;S\u00fa\u0165a\u017ei, mechanika \u017erebovania a&nbsp;V\u00fdhra v S\u00fa\u0165a\u017ei<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Podmienkou \u00fa\u010dasti v S\u00fa\u0165a\u017ei je, aby S\u00fa\u0165a\u017eiaci v dobe konania S\u00fa\u0165a\u017ee splnil nasleduj\u00face podmienky: (i) zaregistruje sa na internetovej str\u00e1nke&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.profesiadays.sk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">www.profesiadays.sk<\/a>, (ii) v r\u00e1mci registr\u00e1cie vypln\u00ed v\u0161etky svoje demografick\u00e9 \u00fadaje, (iii) osobne sa z\u00fa\u010dastn\u00ed na podujat\u00ed Profesia days Bratislava 2026.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Do S\u00fa\u0165a\u017ee bud\u00fa zaraden\u00ed len t\u00ed S\u00fa\u0165a\u017eiaci, ktor\u00ed riadne a v\u010das splnili v\u0161etky podmienky \u00fa\u010dasti v&nbsp;S\u00fa\u0165a\u017ei pod\u013ea tohto \u0160tat\u00fatu. S\u00fa\u0165a\u017eiaci sa m\u00f4\u017ee zapoji\u0165 do S\u00fa\u0165a\u017ee iba raz.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Organiz\u00e1tor si vyhradzuje pr\u00e1vo overi\u0165 vek V\u00fdhercu tak, \u017ee ho vyzve na predlo\u017eenie dokladu toto\u017enosti. S\u00fa\u0165a\u017eiaci mlad\u0161\u00ed ako 15 rokov sa m\u00f4\u017ee S\u00fa\u0165a\u017ee z\u00fa\u010dastni\u0165 len s&nbsp;predch\u00e1dzaj\u00facim v\u00fdslovn\u00fdm s\u00fahlasom jeho z\u00e1konn\u00e9ho z\u00e1stupcu. Ak sa S\u00fa\u0165a\u017ee z\u00fa\u010dastn\u00ed osoba mlad\u0161ia ako 15&nbsp;rokov alebo S\u00fa\u0165a\u017eiaci, ktor\u00fd nem\u00e1 sp\u00f4sobilos\u0165 na pr\u00e1vne \u00fakony v plnom rozsahu z&nbsp;in\u00e9ho d\u00f4vodu, m\u00e1 sa za to, \u017ee sa S\u00fa\u0165a\u017ee z\u00fa\u010dast\u0148uje s predch\u00e1dzaj\u00facim v\u00fdslovn\u00fdm s\u00fahlasom jeho z\u00e1konn\u00e9ho z\u00e1stupcu, ktor\u00fd v plnom rozsahu s\u00fahlas\u00ed s pravidlami S\u00fa\u0165a\u017ee. Z\u00e1konn\u00fd z\u00e1stupca S\u00fa\u0165a\u017eiaceho preuk\u00e1\u017ee v pr\u00edpade V\u00fdhry n\u00e1le\u017eite svoju i S\u00fa\u0165a\u017eiaceho toto\u017enos\u0165. Ak je V\u00fdherca neplnolet\u00fd alebo nie je opr\u00e1vnen\u00fd na pr\u00e1vne \u00fakony v plnom rozsahu, V\u00fdhru dostane prostredn\u00edctvom svojho z\u00e1konn\u00e9ho z\u00e1stupcu. Ak V\u00fdherca nespln\u00ed vy\u0161\u0161ie uveden\u00e9 pravidl\u00e1 S\u00fa\u0165a\u017ee, m\u00f4\u017ee mu Organiz\u00e1tor odmietnu\u0165 V\u00fdhru odovzda\u0165. V\u00fdherca nem\u00e1 n\u00e1rok na finan\u010dn\u00fa \u010di in\u00fa n\u00e1hradu za V\u00fdhru.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u017drebovanie sa uskuto\u010dn\u00ed d\u0148a 30.04.2026 za dozoru 2 (dvoch) n\u00e1hodne vybran\u00fdch a&nbsp;nez\u00e1visl\u00fdch pracovn\u00edkov Organiz\u00e1tora. Syst\u00e9m \u017erebovania je \u00faplne n\u00e1hodn\u00fd, a to \u201escrollovan\u00edm&#8221; S\u00fa\u0165a\u017eiacich, pri\u010dom vyhr\u00e1va ten, u koho sa po ur\u010ditom \u010dasovom \u00faseku (pod\u013ea n\u00e1hodnej intenzity\/r\u00fdchlosti) \u201escrollovanie&#8221; zastav\u00ed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Organiz\u00e1tor vy\u017erebuje celkom 6 (\u0161es\u0165) v\u00ed\u0165azov S\u00fa\u0165a\u017ee (\u201e<strong>V\u00fdherca<\/strong>\u201c), ktor\u00fdch n\u00e1sledne kontaktuje prostredn\u00edctvom e-mailov\u00e9 spr\u00e1vy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>V\u00fdhrou v S\u00fa\u0165a\u017ei je<br>1x Apple Watch<br>1x Tablet<br>1x Stabiliz\u00e1tor pre mobiln\u00fd telef\u00f3n<br>1x Fujifilm Instax<br>1x Bezdr\u00f4tov\u00e9 sl\u00fachadl\u00e1<br>(\u201e<strong>V\u00fdhra<\/strong>\u201c)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Inform\u00e1cie o&nbsp;v\u00fdsledkoch S\u00fa\u0165a\u017ee a&nbsp;komunik\u00e1cia s&nbsp;V\u00fdhercami<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>V\u00fdsledky S\u00fa\u0165a\u017ee bud\u00fa zverejnen\u00e9 na internetovej str\u00e1nke<a href=\"file:\/\/\/C:\/Users\/226517\/AppData\/Local\/Microsoft\/Windows\/INetCache\/Content.Outlook\/GDX5NEGK\/\"><\/a> <a href=\"http:\/\/www.profesiadays.sk\">www.profesiadays.sk<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oboznamovanie s v\u00fdsledkami S\u00fa\u0165a\u017ee bude u&nbsp;V\u00fdhercov prebieha\u0165 tie\u017e prostredn\u00edctvom e-mailovej spr\u00e1vy bezprostredne&nbsp;po \u017erebovan\u00ed. V\u00fdherca mus\u00ed do 5 (piatich) pracovn\u00fdch dn\u00ed od odoslania spr\u00e1vy Organiz\u00e1torom p\u00edsomne (e-mailom), kontaktova\u0165 Organiz\u00e1tora a dodr\u017ea\u0165 podmienky prevzatia V\u00fdhry uveden\u00e9 v&nbsp;e-mailovej spr\u00e1ve. V pr\u00edpade, \u017ee V\u00fdherca nekontaktuje Organiz\u00e1tora v&nbsp;uvedenej lehote, V\u00fdhra prepad\u00e1 v&nbsp;prospech Organiz\u00e1tora, ktor\u00fd je opr\u00e1vnen\u00fd rozhodn\u00fa\u0165 o jej \u010fal\u0161om pou\u017eit\u00ed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Organiz\u00e1tor odo\u0161le V\u00fdhru na e-mailov\u00fa (ak je to mo\u017en\u00e9, ako napr. voucher, vstupenky apod.) alebo doru\u010dovaciu adresu V\u00fdhercu najnesk\u00f4r do 14 kalend\u00e1rnych dn\u00ed od p\u00edsomn\u00e9ho kontaktovania Organiz\u00e1tora V\u00fdhercom. Ak si V\u00fdherca odmietne V\u00fdhru prevzia\u0165 alebo neprevezme, V\u00fdhra prepad\u00e1 v prospech Organiz\u00e1tora, ktor\u00fd je opr\u00e1vnen\u00fd rozhodn\u00fa\u0165 o jej \u010fal\u0161om pou\u017eit\u00ed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Organiz\u00e1tor si vyhradzuje pr\u00e1vo V\u00fdhru V\u00fdhercovi neodovzda\u0165, alebo ju odobra\u0165 v pr\u00edpade, \u017ee V\u00fdherca nesplnil alebo poru\u0161il niektor\u00e9 ustanovenie tohto \u0160tat\u00fatu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hodnotu V\u00fdhry ozn\u00e1mi Organiz\u00e1tor S\u00fa\u0165a\u017ee V\u00fdhercovi e-mailom. Vyplatenie pe\u0148a\u017en\u00e9ho plnenia v\u00fdmenou za V\u00fdhru nie je mo\u017en\u00e9.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sprac\u00favanie osobn\u00fdch \u00fadajov<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>S\u00fa\u0165a\u017eiaci berie na vedomie, \u017ee spolo\u010dnos\u0165 Alma Career Slovakia s. r. o., so s\u00eddlom Pribinova 19, 811 09 Bratislava, I\u010cO: 358&nbsp;008 61 a&nbsp;spolo\u010dnosti z&nbsp;obchodnej skupiny Alma Career, ako spolo\u010dn\u00ed prev\u00e1dzkovatelia, bud\u00fa v zmysle Nariadenia Eur\u00f3pskeho parlamentu a Rady (E\u00da) 2016\/679 z 27. apr\u00edla 2016 o&nbsp;ochrane fyzick\u00fdch os\u00f4b pri sprac\u00favan\u00ed osobn\u00fdch \u00fadajov a o vo\u013enom pohybe tak\u00fdchto \u00fadajov, ktor\u00fdm sa zru\u0161uje smernica 95\/46\/ES o ochrane osobn\u00fdch \u00fadajov (\u201e<strong>Nariadenie<\/strong>\u201c) sprac\u00fava\u0165 osobn\u00e9 \u00fadaje v rozsahu e-mailov\u00e1 adresa, meno, priezvisko, a&nbsp;v&nbsp;pr\u00edpade V\u00fdhercov tie\u017e adresa, a&nbsp;to na dobu potrebn\u00fa v&nbsp;s\u00favislosti s&nbsp;vyhodnoten\u00edm S\u00fa\u0165a\u017ee, odovzdan\u00edm V\u00fdhier a&nbsp;pre pr\u00edpadn\u00fa kontrolu zo strany dozorn\u00fdch org\u00e1nov. Pr\u00e1vnym z\u00e1kladom sprac\u00favania \u00fadajov je \u010dl. 6 ods. 1 p\u00edsm. b) Nariadenia, t.j. \u00fadaje bud\u00fa sprac\u00favan\u00e9 bez s\u00fahlasu a&nbsp;ich poskytnutie je pre \u00fa\u010das\u0165 v&nbsp;S\u00fa\u0165a\u017ei povinn\u00e9. K&nbsp;poskytnut\u00fdm osobn\u00fdm \u00fadajom nebud\u00fa priraden\u00e9 inform\u00e1cie z vyplnen\u00e9ho dotazn\u00edka, ktor\u00e9 sl\u00fa\u017eia iba pre \u0161tatistick\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dely; osobn\u00e9 \u00fadaje S\u00fa\u0165a\u017eiaceho s\u00fa sprac\u00favan\u00e9 iba na \u00fa\u010del realizovania S\u00fa\u0165a\u017ee, pr\u00edp. na zasielanie marketingov\u00fdch spr\u00e1v, a&nbsp;to v pr\u00edpade, ak S\u00fa\u0165a\u017eiaci posielanie spr\u00e1v neodmietol.
